Flo was a health care worker in hospital settings before earning a Master Herbalist diploma at the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing in Calgary, Alberta. She is also a certified Reflexologist and Kinesiologist. She has now been practicing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan for twenty-nine years and had a satellite practice in Duck Lake and Humboldt.
